Jobgether in Ireland is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy for a crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will define the vision, roadmap and ensure customer needs translate into competitive financial products across B2B and B2C channels.

You will build and lead the product function, collaborate with executive and technology leaders, and drive product development from concept to scale, focusing on trust, usability, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product leadership in crypto banking or digital assets.
• Experience launching financial products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, and payments.
• Hands-on entrepreneurial leadership with ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication with executive, commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic roadmap for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Identify customer needs, high-value use cases, and opportunities across B2B and B2C.
• Prioritize MVPs and releases balancing value, commercial potential, regulatory readiness.
• Lead product discovery, validation, user journeys, and requirements from concept to launch.
• Shape intuitive experiences across wallets, conversion, cards, and payments with focus on trust and usability.
• Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics (activation, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue).
• Build, recruit, and lead a focused product team with PM processes.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technology leaders to accelerate delivery.
• Continuously improve the product using data, feedback, and market insights.
