We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and development for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture. This is an opportunity to shape an innovative financial offering combining digital assets with traditional banking services. You will define the product vision, establish the roadmap, and translate customer needs into competitive, intuitive solutions. Working closely with executive and technology leadership, you will oversee product development from initial concept through launch and growth. The role spans B2B and B2C markets, covering digital wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, payment cards, and banking solutions. You will also build the product function and establish the foundations for a scalable, customer-focused business.

Accountabilities

As Chief Product Officer, you will take ownership of the product vision, customer value proposition, and roadmap, ensuring that business objectives and customer expectations translate into successful financial products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Define the product vision, positioning, and strategic roadmap for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Identify customer needs, high-value use cases, and product opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
• Prioritize the minimum viable product (MVP) and subsequent releases, balancing customer value, commercial potential, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead product discovery, customer validation, user journey design, and requirements definition from concept through launch.
• Shape intuitive and reliable experiences across digital wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, payment cards, and payment services, with a strong focus on trust, simplicity, and usability.
• Establish and monitor meaningful product performance indicators, including activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and product-driven revenue.
• Build, recruit, and lead a focused product team while implementing effective product management processes.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and technology leaders to coordinate product delivery and accelerate time to market.
• Continuously improve the product offering using data, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine senior product leadership experience in crypto or digital banking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to bring financial products from concept to market. Key qualifications include:

• Proven senior product leadership experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat financial products, or digital banking solutions involving digital assets.
• Demonstrated success launching financial products from an early stage and improving adoption, customer retention, or commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of digital wallets, customer onboarding, crypto-fiat conversion, payment cards, and digital payment experiences.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect product strategy with customer acquisition, unit economics, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product teams.
• Ability to translate complex customer and business requirements into clear product strategies and actionable development plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with executive, commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders.
