Job summary

Logiskills is seeking a Commercial & Supply Chain Manager to drive revenue growth and gross profit across the Irish business. The role is remote, permanent, and reports to the Commercial Director, overseeing a three-person team across sales, customer service and supply chain/operations.

You will lead tenders, pricing strategy, forecasting and supplier relationships across Ireland and occasionally the UK, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading commercial, sales, supply chain or operations management.
• Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for revenue and gross profit.
• Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management and commercial relationships.
• Previous people management experience, including leading a remote team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organisational and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and gross profit across the Irish business.
• Identify and secure new business across commercial, industrial and construction sectors.
• Develop existing customer relationships and lead key account retention and growth.
• Support tenders, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Manage and develop the Irish supplier network, including waste facilities, haulage providers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate competitive rates, commercial terms and service agreements with suppliers.
• Identify, assess and onboard new suppliers, monitoring performance, service standards and cost.
• Lead, support and develop a team of three across sales, customer service and supply chain/operations.
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations, and oversee customer escalations and cross-functional communication.
