Job summary

Zscaler in Ireland is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to join our People Operations EMEA. This remote role focuses on the day-to-day administration of benefits, onboarding to off-boarding, high-touch leave cases, and delivering concierge services.

You will lead enrollments, leaver processing, data integrity with providers, and act as the senior escalation for inquiries, with strict SLAs and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with an emphasis on benefits operations
• Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals
• Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events while owning the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge
• Manage the submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options
• Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for all vendor billing
