Job summary

Toast is seeking an EMEA People Operations Lead to deliver frontline Shared Services across the employee lifecycle for our EMEA teams. You will own inquiries, benefits, leave administration, and program delivery with a focus on customer-centric improvements.

This hybrid role requires two days in our Dublin office, reports to the PeopleHub Manager, and collaborates with the PeopleHub Director and global COEs to scale our services. 12-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience in People Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Knowledge of GDPR and labour regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front line People Services (Shared Services) support for the EMEA region across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as escalation point for complex EMEA cases with high service standards.
• Track metrics and SLAs to measure service quality and drive decisions.
• Identify improvements and test/implement automation and standardization initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across People, Legal, Finance, and Business teams to drive adoption.
• Advise COEs on locally relevant, compliant program designs aligned to global principles.
