Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Account Management, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, or similar B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage direct client relationships and business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate with founders and sales leaders.
• Understanding of B2B customer acquisition and sales processes.
• Translate commercial challenges into practical solutions and demonstrate learning agility.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic workshops to define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and growth objectives.
• Develop tailored B2B acquisition strategies aligned with each client's business model.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams responsible for execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular client review calls and ensure progress and next steps are delivered.
• Proactively manage client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell relevant services.
• Develop client relationships into case studies, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to portfolio growth through retention and measurable client outcomes.
