Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional production experience, or equivalent internship or junior project work.
• Strong animation fundamentals and cinematic storytelling.
• Proficiency with Maya and motion capture data handling.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine and filmic sequencing concepts.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character animation for in-game cinematics and scripted sequences.
• Work with hand-keyed animation and motion capture data.
• Integrate and test animations in Unreal Engine using Sequencer.
• Collaborate with designers, riggers, and programmers to balance quality and gameplay.
• Assist with motion capture shoots, data processing and cleanup.
• Iterate on feedback to achieve the desired creative result.
