VOID Interactive, a remote-first studio behind Ready or Not, seeks a Senior Graphics Engineer to lead core rendering systems in Unreal Engine 5 across platforms. You will drive performance, quality, and scalable solutions with a highly collaborative globally distributed team.
You will own rendering and graphics feature design, work with artists and designers, and mentor junior engineers while solving complex challenges in a large codebase.

As a Senior Graphics Engineer, you will work closely with artists, designers, and fellow engineers to build robust, scalable, and high-performance rendering features and workflows while driving visual quality in Unreal Engine 5. This role will require deep expertise in state of the art graphics programming, engine architecture, rendering architecture, and autonomous problem solving.
This role requires a highly capable engineer who is comfortable working within large codebases, solving complex technical challenges, and taking ownership of features from design through implementation. You should be equally comfortable collaborating across disciplines and working independently in a remote-first environment.
