Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Technical background in HVAC, HVAC Controls, BMS or Mechanical Engineering with relevant HVAC experience.
• Deep knowledge of the HVAC and BMS market with an established professional network.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with system integrators, consultants and contractors.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will build and expand important customer relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout Ireland, blending account management with sales and market growth.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and key system integrator accounts across Ireland.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities to increase business with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with system integrators, consultants, M&E contractors, and end customers.
• Develop connections with design engineers and other key stakeholders to help shape project specifications and highlight ABB solutions.
• Develop business opportunities across new construction, renovation, upgrade and replacement projects.
• Partner with technical teams and other ABB divisions to create customer solutions and expand market opportunities.
