Job summary

You will engage with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities to expand adoption of our HCM and related software, and drive customer success in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management in a target-driven environment.
• Experience selling software, particularly human capital management (HCM) or related solutions.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise.
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to support goals and adoption of our solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to handover, working with pre-sales, consultancy and project teams.
• Host customer meetings with senior stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and help create a positive customer experience.
