Job summary

Randstad Digital is hiring an Account Manager to join our team in Ireland. You will hunt, secure and strategically scale high-margin accounts with support from delivery recruiters and resource teams to source and fulfill talent.

As part of the world's largest recruitment business, you leverage our global scale and Partner for Talent strategy to win across IT and digital talent solutions. Remote working is supported, with a performance-driven commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT/digital recruitment sales.
• Experience hitting revenue and gross profit targets.
• Ability to pitch complex talent solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of a designated market sector and build a dominant market presence.
• Proactively prospect, win and grow target accounts with full commercial responsibility.
• Develop multi-level strategies with CTOs, CIOs, HR Directors and procurement leaders.
• Own client database end-to-end; structure supply agreements and negotiate terms to protect margins.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless account implementation and SLA fulfillment.
