Enable Ireland in Cork is seeking a highly-motivated Social Care Worker to join the Childrens Respite team at Lavanagh House, Currraheen. You will provide planned short-term respite care for children with disabilities, day and night, in partnership with families.

Applicants must have CORU registration, experience delivering personal care, and a track record in developing personal plans within a multi-disciplinary team. This relief role offers flexible hours and a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Hold professional registration on the Social Care Workers Register CORU.
• Experience delivering personal care to adults.
• Experience in contributing to the development of personal plans.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in taking leadership in the development of personal plans.
• Experience in responding to complaints.
