Qualifications

• Residential care experience required.
• Experience providing supports to service users with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Proven ability to provide personal care in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and create a nurturing environment for service users.
• Deliver person-centred care aligned with service users’ needs and wishes.
• Provide personal care and assist with manual handling, ensuring safety and hygiene.
