Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Worker for respite services in Naas, Co. Kildare. This full-time permanent role (39 hours) offers a salary from €38,918 per annum and a chance to work with individuals to live more independently and engage with their communities.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a focus on person-centred care, CORU registration, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care and person-centred approaches.
• CORU registration or in process is necessary.
• Driving licence is required to fulfil duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day living, including personal care
• Implement and follow individual care and support plans
• Promote independence, choice, and community engagement
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Level 7 degree in Social Care or relevant qualification (CORU approved)
• CORU registration (or in process)
• Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of person-centred care
• Full clean manual driving licence
