Rehab Enterprises Limited in Kilkenny invites applications for a Relief Instructor on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will train learners under QQI specifications and support their daily learning and progression.

Ideal candidates hold a third-level qualification in Education/Training or Social Sciences, a QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer, and several years of experience with learners in educational or guidance settings.

Formación

• Third level qualification in Education/Training or Social Sciences.
• QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer or equivalent.
• Several years of experience with learners in education/guidance contexts.
• Experience with QQI certification and accreditation processes.
• Ability to motivate learners to achieve QQI Levels 3–5.

Responsabilidades

• Provide systematic training according to curricula for QQI Level 3–5.
• Assist learners in developing knowledge, skills and confidence for progression.
• Meet KPIs for learner placement, progression and certification targets.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to maintain programme allocations.
