Job summary

The Rehab Group invites applications for an RT Instructor on a fixed-term 12-month contract (part-time 24 hours per week). The role focuses on training and development of learners, managing QQI modules, and supporting learners with additional needs toward further education or employment.

We seek a third-level qualified educator with QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer and knowledge of QQI requirements, plus experience with learners in educational settings; experience in mental health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Education/Training.
• QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer minimum.
• Knowledge of QQI requirements and assessments.
• Experience with learners in educational/ development contexts.
• Mental health experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, deliver and assess QQI modules.
• Maintain records of learner progress and QA documentation.
• Mentor learners with feedback and guidance.
• Develop resources for accredited modules.
• Report to Centre Manager on delivery and progress.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and ETB as required.
