Job summary

The Rehab Group seeks a Relief Instructor on a fixed-term basis (12 months), to train learners per local programme specs and oversee day-to-day running of training programmes. You will support learners with learning and progression towards QQI certification.

Requirements include a third-level qualification in Education/Training or Social Sciences and a Train the Trainer QQI Level 6, plus experience in educational settings and accreditation processes. Closing date is 29/07/25.

Qualifications

• Pedagogical/training qualification required; Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 minimum.
• Experience with learners in educational, guidance or developmental contexts.
• QQI certification and accreditation processes experience advantageous.
• Ability to motivate learners to achieve Learning Outcomes at QQI Levels 3-5.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic training according to curricula and instruction of modules for QQI Level certification 3-5.
• Facilitate learners in developing knowledge, skills and confidence for progression outcomes.
• Meet KPIs for learner placement, progression and certification targets.
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain programme allocations.
