Job summary

The Rehab Group in Dublin is seeking a Vocational Training Instructor to lead training sessions and support learners toward QQI Level certification. You will facilitate modules, coordinate with staff, and guide learners in making informed career and education choices.

The role requires a QQI Train the Trainer qualification and strong engagement with diverse learners. Based in Ballyfermot, the role is permanent, part-time (28 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Proven facilitation and presentation abilities within training settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent organisational capacity.
• Experience with QQI certification processes and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic training according to curricula and module delivery for QQI Level certification.
• Support learners in developing knowledge, skills and progression goals.
• Meet KPIs for learner placement, progression and certificate attainment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage programme allocations and learner reviews.
• Assist learners in exploring future goals using career/education tools.
• Develop Individual Action Plans to support progression and assess vocational needs.
• Source and support work placements and model proper work attitudes and behaviours.
