Job summary

The Noel Group in Limerick, Ireland is actively recruiting a relief chef to join our team serving public healthcare facilities. The role requires flexibility to work across kitchen sections and support in preparing modified diets, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Starting pay is around €20.88 per hour with shift allowances and various options based on availability and location. Visa or GNIB and police clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc. – copy of certification will be required.
• Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)

Responsibilities

• You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
• You will have the required a bility to work in all sections of the kitchen.
• You will be required to assist in the prepar ation of modified diets .
