Job summary

The Noel Group in Cork is recruiting relief chefs to support public healthcare facilities across Ireland. You will work in a team, rotating through kitchen sections and assisting with modified diet preparations.

The role requires certification in professional cookery, prior high-volume kitchen experience, and HACCP Level 2 training. Visa or GNIB and international police clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts/City & Guilds is required or equivalent.
• Experience working as a chef in high-volume environments or production kitchens.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training is required (can be provided at registration).
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable).
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and take instruction.
• Ability to work in all sections of the kitchen.

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate candidates to join our growing team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
• You will have the required a bility to work in all sections of the kitchen.
• You will be required to assist in the prepar ation of modified diets .

Requirements:

• Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc. – copy of certification will be required.
• Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)
