The Q Cafe Company is seeking a Relief Chef for a healthcare site in Co Louth. The role focuses on ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food preparation, with oversight of staff and monthly menu cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a healthcare kitchen.
• In depth knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a Healthcare environment an advantage but not essential.
