Job summary

The Noel Group is recruiting a Chef in Tipperary, Republic of Ireland, with a starting rate of €20.88 per hour plus shift allowances. You will join a team supporting HSE facilities nationwide and work across kitchen sections, including preparing modified diets.

Requirements include professional cookery certifications, high-volume kitchen experience, and HACCP Level 2 training. Visa/GNIB and police clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Qualification completed in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts; copy of certification required.
• Experience in high-volume production kitchens or food service.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training required; can be provided at registration.

Responsibilities

Salary: EUR20.88 - EUR20.88 per hour

The Noel Group is proud to announce our appointment as a member of the HSE Tier 1 & 2 supplier panels, supporting healthcare facilities across Ireland. We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate candidates to join our growing team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
• You will have the required a bility to work in all sections of the kitchen.
• You will be required to assist in the prepar ation of modified diets .

Requirements:

• Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc. – copy of certification will be required.
• Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)
