Job summary

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within Hardware/Construction or Builders Merchant industries.
• Strong ability to interpret sales data, market trends and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence.
• Driven and independent, capable of thriving autonomously and in a fast-paced team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to hit revenue targets and identify market opportunities.
• Prospect and secure new accounts while deepening relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Provide top-tier support through product demonstrations and structured account reviews.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales support, and product development teams.
• Handle pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and promotional campaigns balancing competitiveness with profitability.
• Use sales metrics and revenue data to optimise performance across customer segments and product lines.
