Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment is seeking an External Sales Representative to grow the customer base and drive sales performance in Drogheda and the Dublin area. The role focuses on expanding opportunities, promoting a range of construction products, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales background in construction, strong product knowledge, and excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Formación

• Proven background in sales within the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of building materials and timber products is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Represent and promote the company’s product range to existing and potential customers in the Dublin area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing long‑term partnerships and high satisfaction.
• Source and follow up on new business leads, including cold calling and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics in line with objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain records of client interactions, and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and resolve queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and market trends.
