Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a product and activation professional to drive the commercialization strategy for Google ads and shape the product roadmap to meet advertiser needs across EMEA. You will grow customers by launching new products, empowering sales teams and channeling feedback to product teams.

As part of the Diversification team within Google Customer Solutions, you will support thousands of Googlers, leaders and advertisers across EMEA and collaborate with regional and global partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Help realize go-to-market activation strategies for diversification to drive customer growth.
• Advocate for YouTube and DemandGen products internally and externally as well as gauge their standing in the competitive social market.
• Educate Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers through at-scale trainings, workshops and partnership with sales leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
