Qualifications

• Significant HR Operations or Senior HRBP experience in multinational/maceted environments.
• Experience advising on Irish and UK employment legislation.
• Proven track record leading and developing HR teams.
• Experience supporting organisational change and restructuring.
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders with commercially balanced HR advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HR Managers and HR professionals.
• Advise senior leaders on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Provide expert guidance on Irish employment legislation and practical UK law applications.
• Partner with business leaders to navigate people-related risks and workforce solutions.
• Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Drive continuous improvement via process optimisation and data insights.
• Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Shared Services for seamless service.
