Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead the employee lifecycle support across the assigned region in Ireland. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide practical, commercially focused people guidance to managers and staff in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

You will build strong relationships, guide performance and capability, support recruitment, onboarding and change initiatives, and help shape workforce plans to drive engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a Generalist HR role.
  • Experience supporting managers on employee relations issues.
  • Experience handling recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for managers and staff on people-related matters.
  • Build relationships with managers to support business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, and conduct matters.
  • Support managers in building high-performing teams and workforce plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems.
  • Deliver HR inductions and support probation periods.
