HR Search is delighted to be partnering with a global market-leading organisation to appoint a Senior Manager, Regional HR Operations.

This is a key leadership role supporting approximately 4,000 employees across Ireland and the UK, offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Operations team within a complex international business. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring operational excellence and providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, employment legislation and people risk. Working closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams, you will help deliver consistent, commercially focused and legally compliant people solutions across the region.

As part of the regional HR leadership team, you will:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Managers and HR professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, restructures and organisational change.
• Provide expert guidance on Irish employment legislation, with strong awareness of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Partner with business leaders to navigate people-related risks and deliver effective workforce solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, data insights and operational best practice.
• Collaborate closely with specialist HR teams including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll and Shared Services to deliver a seamless HR service.

We're keen to speak with HR leaders who have:

• Significant HR Operations, Employee Relations or Senior HR Business Partner experience within a multinational or complex matrix environment.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising on employment legislation across Ireland and the UK.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, with UK employment law experience highly desirable.
• A proven track record of leading and developing HR teams.
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and sensitive employee matters.
• The credibility and confidence to influence senior stakeholders and provide commercially balanced HR advice.
• A passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple HR functions and business areas.
• Flexibility to be based in the office three days per week (South Dublin).
