Job summary

Secure All Security Group in Dublin is seeking a senior Commercial Development Manager to drive growth across Dublin and the Leinster region. You will identify new commercial accounts, build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into high‑value contracts.

The role involves engaging with property managers, developers and procurement teams to tailor security solutions, cross‑selling our full portfolio and representing the company at key industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

3–5 years' proven experience in B2B sales, business development or commercial management.
Experience in security, facilities management, construction or related services preferred.
Proven track record of securing long-term corporate contracts.
Strong ability to prepare data-driven proposals and client presentations.
Full, clean Irish driving license for regional travel.

Responsibilities

Identify, target and secure new commercial accounts across Dublin and Leinster.
Build a strong, sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers including property managers, developers and procurement professionals.
Meet sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
