Access Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Ireland to own the end-to-end recruitment process and earn commissions from every placed candidate.

No prior experience is required; success is driven by your results, and top performers can reach high earnings through a transparent, performance-based pay structure.

• Experience in early-sales-cycle roles such as Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Rep, SDR, BDR, Lead Generator or similar.
• Comfortable on the phone and confident in client-facing interactions.

We’re currently looking for someone to join us as a Recruitment Consultant (no previous experience needed), in a culture where every call, every meeting, every placement directly contributes to your earnings and financial growth.
