Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a full-time, office-based role in Dublin City Centre. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies, and develop a commercial desk using your retail management experience to motivate teams and focus on results.

The role offers uncapped commission and a base salary in the early €30Ks, with earnings potential growing as you perform in a commercially driven environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies and develop your own commercial desk. Your retail management background means you're already used to motivating people, handling pressure and keeping a team focused on results. The Numbers, you may ask:

• Average performer: €46K+ OTE in Year 1 €75K+ in Year 2
• High performer: €50K+ OTE in Year 1 €79K+ in Year 2
• Base salary: Early €30Ks + Uncapped commission

• Retail Management experience — Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Retail Manager or similar.

Additional Information
