Access Healthcare in Dublin City Centre is seeking a motivated professional to transition from customer service into recruitment. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, own your growth, and drive earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

No recruitment experience is required as comprehensive training, mentorship, and a defined promotion path are provided, with a focus on rapid advancement and personal business ownership within a lively culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

• Ability to work full-time in Dublin City Centre office (Mon–Fri).
