Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering to hire a Recruitment & Events Coordinator responsible for delivering campus events, managing relationships with university career services and student societies, and supporting campus strategy across the UK and Europe.

You will collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders, coordinate logistics for fairs, discovery days, and networking events, and handle admin tasks such as calendars, merchandise, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1.5+ years of experience in campus recruitment coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
  • Willingness to travel and attend evening events during peak season (Aug/Sept–Jan). Time back/WFH after peak.

We are partnering exclusively with a global firm to hire a Recruitment & Events Coordinator.

This hands-on role blends event delivery, relationship management, and campus strategy. You will work closely with recruiters, business stakeholders, and university partners to coordinate high-profile events and student society partnerships across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do
