Job summary

The Panel is seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator on a flexible part-time basis. You will organize and attend events and committee meetings, reporting to the Member Services Manager. The role focuses on arranging venues, managing promotions, and engaging attendees across the year.

Responsibilities include sourcing venues, managing AV, coordinating mailshots, and building sponsor relationships. You will handle CRM, emails, and social media, requiring strong multitasking and excellent

  • Experience as an Event coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and negotiation abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in event management software.
