Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering to hire a Recruitment & Events Coordinator responsible for delivering campus events, managing relationships with university career services and student societies, and supporting campus strategy across the UK and Europe.

You will collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders, coordinate logistics for fairs, discovery days, and networking events, and handle admin tasks such as calendars, merchandise, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in campus recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, get-it-done attitude.
• Willingness to travel and attend evening events during peak season (Aug/Sept–Jan). Time back/WFH after peak.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Delivery: manage logistics, venues, catering, materials, and tech for campus fairs, discovery days, and internal networking events.
• Relationship Management: build connections with university career services, student societies, and internal teams.
• Campus Outreach: help decide campus opportunities to target and represent the firm during peak recruiting events.
• Logistics & Admin: handle merchandise orders, event calendar tracking, and post-event reporting.
