United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a University Recruiter to lead our campus hiring for graduates and interns. You will own the end-to-end university recruiting lifecycle, from on-campus events to branding and candidate experience.
You will partner with engineering and product teams across multiple offices, shaping early talent programs and delivering a diverse, high-quality pipeline. This 11-month fixed-term contract offers a unique chance to impact our growth.

You will help shape the future of our early-stage programs and be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including, but not limited to, organizing and leading on campus events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, branding, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing our global internship program.
