  • Research and assess relevant events, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, providing recommendations to the business and recruiters based on audience fit, brand alignment, expected reach, cost and previous results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university careers teams, academic departments, student societies and external partners.
  • Coordinate university partnerships and sponsorships, including branding requirements, budgets, deadlines and agreed deliverables.
  • Manage the campus events calendar, including careers fairs, society events, networking sessions, competitions, and onsite events.
  • Coordinate events from planning through to follow-up, including venues, travel, catering, schedules, technology, communications, materials, suppliers and feedback.
  • Work with recruiters, business representatives and marketing colleagues to develop accurate, engaging and on-brand event content and candidate communications.
  • Brief and coordinate recruiters and business representatives attending events, ensuring they have the information and materials required.
  • Manage recruitment merchandise and event materials, including sourcing, ordering, budgets, stock and distribution.
  • Support selected professional recruitment events, networking opportunities and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Track attendance, engagement, applications, conversion, costs and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Represent Susquehanna at recruitment events across Europe, including regular travel and evening work during peak periods.
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in campus recruitment, recruitment marketing, university relations, partnerships, events or a comparable role.
  • Experience developing or contributing to recruitment marketing, university engagement or events plans an advantage.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple events, including suppliers, communications, logistics, materials and budgets.
  • Experience building relationships with universities, student societies, external partners or comparable stakeholder groups an advantage.
  • Experience using event data, budgets and reporting to assess outcomes and improve future activity, an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across recruiters, business teams, universities and suppliers.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively when plans change.
