Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings on recruitment platforms and the company website.
• Screen CVs to shortlist candidates for initial interviews.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and arrange follow-up interviews.
• Perform reference checks and track candidate progress after onboarding.
• Act as main contact for candidates and update statuses in internal systems.
• Train interns and provide administrative support to the team.
