Job summary

Sisk, based at our head office in Citywest, Dublin, is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will help identify resourcing needs, advertise vacancies, source and screen candidates, and manage candidate engagement with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring teams, building talent pipelines and using diverse sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Results-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand resourcing plans and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through agency partners, social media, job boards and professional networks.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technical roles, including Project Managers, multi-disciplinary engineering positions and core project delivery roles.
• Identify, screen and pre-qualify candidates for projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
• Use direct hiring channels to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals and social media, while continuously identifying new and innovative sourcing approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruitment reports.
