Job summary

Noel Group, a division of the Facilitas Group, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Ireland's leading hospitality recruitment team in a hybrid role. You will manage relationships with hospitality clients, source talent across hotels, restaurants and catering, and drive new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Situated in Dublin, this role offers uncapped commission, ongoing training, and clear career

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in an agency environment.
• Experience recruiting within hospitality is desirable but not essential.
• Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Ambitious with a desire to develop your career within a market-leading recruitment business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for positions including General Managers, Operations Managers, Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Food & Beverage Managers, Accommodation Managers, Sales & Marketing professionals and other key hospitality personnel.
• Conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the hospitality industry.
• Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow your desk and exceed targets.
