Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin's Sandyford area is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement and build relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Location: South County Dublin (Sandyford)

GPC is a specialist recruitment consultancy in Dublin with 25+ years’ experience in Ireland, the UK and internationally. We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford.

This role suits an ambitious, confident person who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideal for someone with recruitment, sales or business development experience who wants the opportunity to develop their own desk while benefiting from an established brand and strong client relationships.

Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement
• Develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
• Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Creating job specifications for client’s roles.
• Work closely with senior consultants and management to maximise opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Previous recruitment, sales, account management or business development experience
