We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team.
BaseLine Aviation Services provides specialized recruitment solutions for the global aviation sector, supporting airlines, MROs, executive functions, and aircraft leasing organizations. The company tailors its services to client needs, covering contract, temporary, and permanent staffing in a cost-effective manner. Reliability and relationship-building are central to its approach, with face-to-face engagement and thorough screening of all candidates to ensure strong role alignment. BaseLine Aviation Services focuses on flexible, open, and honest partnerships that lead to long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
This is a dual-focused role, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with client account management.
This is a full time role as part of our Dublin office.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, identifying recruitment requirements, managing vacancies from start to finish, and ultimately delivering successful placements.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by results, comfortable speaking with clients and candidates at all levels, and able to manage multiple vacancies and accounts while maintaining a high standard of service.
Experience within aviation, engineering, technical recruitment or another specialist recruitment environment would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong recruitment and account-management experience from other sectors.
