As the first point of contact for the firm, you will take ownership of reception, new client enquiries and the overall client experience. Criminal defence can be fast paced and demanding and clients may contact the firm in stressful and difficult moments.
The firm is therefore seeking someone who is warm, confident, calm under pressure and capable of maintaining excellent professional boundaries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with people from every background and handling sensitive or challenging interactions with discretion and professionalism.
