The Montenotte in Cork City, Ireland is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and coordinate reservations to ensure memorable experiences in a premium setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of Front Office team to deliver high-level service.
• Check guests in and out on arrival and departure.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email.
• Process reservations, cancellations and modifications promptly.
• Promote upselling and revenue within the department.
• Complete daily reports before the agreed time.
• Check bills and invoice to FIT and Tour operators.
• Liaise with Senior Management on guest queries or issues.
• Assist guests with transport and luggage in a courteous manner

Main Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Front Office Team to offer a high level of customer service.
• Checking in and out guests on arrival and departure.
• Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email;
• Processing of reservations, cancellations and modifications promptly.
• Promote upselling and general sales within the department and ensuring maximum revenue is generated.
• Ensure all daily reports are completed before the agreed time.
• To take the responsibility for the checking of bills, invoicing to FIT & Tour operators.
• To liaise with Senior Management with regard to guest queries or issues.
• To assist guests with transport & luggage in a courteous and professional manner
