• Certificates in ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (CIDESCO not essential).
• Passionate about skincare and body care.
• A willingness to continuously learn and grow their knowledge to keep in line with the Spa industry.
• Overall management of individual treatment rooms in reference to cleaning, restocking and general standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager/Head Therapist to maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Ensure treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas.
• Perform all treatments to the highest standards and provide friendly service.
• Be aware of treatments offered and promotions at any time.
• Achieve sales targets as set by Spa Manager/Head Therapist.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis, working up to 5 shifts a week. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced therapists to join our Luxury Bellevue Spa at The Montenotte. We would also welcome newly qualified therapists to our team as full training is provided. The Spa is open 7 days a week and is busiest over weekends, so flexibility is required. There are opportunities to upskill current qualifications with in-house training and opportunities to earn commission. Full training with elite spa brands such as Elemis & Elemental Herbology is provided.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist the Spa Manager/Head Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
• To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met.
• To maintain the four-star level of cleanliness required.
• Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
• To perform all treatments to the highest standards.
• Will perform as a professional with a friendly attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities
• To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Manager/Head Therapist.
• Must adhere to training as set down by the Spa Manager and Head Therapist (in-depth skin training provided)
• To maintain the stock at the correct level following set standards.
• To use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount.
• Responsible for keeping up the high standard of treatment and service.
• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Spa Manager/Head Therapist.
• To always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
• To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
• Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Certificates in ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (although CIDESCO not essential)
• Passionate about skincare and body care
• A willingness to continuously learn and grow their knowledge to keep in line with the ever-evolving and exciting Spa industry
• Overall management of individual treatment rooms in reference to cleaning, restocking and general standards of organization, hygiene and cleanliness in the Spa
