Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Kildare is seeking a highly capable Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' experience to join their commercial team on a full-time, office-based basis. You will manage valuations, variations, payments and cost reporting, support subcontractor processes, and help with tenders and final accounts, working closely with project managers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Experience in residential, civil engineering, utilities or general construction advantageous.
• Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with standard forms of contract advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

An established and growing Irish construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Kildare to join their experienced commercial and management team. This is a full-time, office-based position suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' experience who is looking for long-term career development.
