Job summary

TP is seeking a Quality & Policy Expert in Dublin who speaks Maghrebi Arabic to audit content moderation decisions, ensure policy compliance, and drive excellence. The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, quality assurance, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a quality control environment.
• Written and verbal language proficiency in English and Maghrebi Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Audit decisions for accuracy and share feedback with internal teams.
• Support internal audit quality from planning to re-audit.
• Complete audits within required timeframes and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify areas needing training and coordinate with training partners.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality leads for performance improvements.
• Stay knowledgeable about Client products and policies and communicate changes.
• Mentor new experts on audit tools and systems.
• Develop process documentation and report inefficiencies.
• Highlight policy gaps and propose scalable solutions.
