Job summary

TP is seeking a Multi Channel - Quality Expert Reviewer (Maghreb speaker) to join our Dublin City Centre team. This full-time, permanent role is onsite with a 40-hour week and shifts from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with 4 weeks on-site training.

You will evidence previous content moderator experience and perform content review, ID verification, and escalations within Global Operations workflows, focusing on HERO and DOI areas and maintaining high cultural sensitivity to regional contexts.

Qualifications

• Must evidence previous content moderator experience.
• Strong understanding of policy and community guidelines.
• Onsite work in Dublin city centre.

Responsibilities

• Moderate content per client policies across listed topics.
• Review IDs and authentication flows for accuracy.
• Handle escalations within operations workflows.
• Support GRO workflows focusing on HERO/DOI areas.
