Job summary

TP in Dublin is seeking a French SSA Speaking Quality & Policy Expert to ensure policy compliance and drive continuous improvement. On-site, permanent, full-time, the role focuses on auditing moderation decisions and delivering actionable feedback to agents.

Ideal candidates will combine fluent English and French (SSA), strong Excel skills, and experience in QA/Audit with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). This is an international, career‑progressing opportunity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French (SSA region) required.
• 2+ years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit content moderation decisions to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide performance feedback and improve quality outcomes.
• Support audit processes, including planning, implementation and re-audits.
• Deliver timely, actionable feedback to agents to drive improvement.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with learning teams to close gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Managers to boost team performance.
• Become a subject matter expert on products, standards and guidelines.
• Support policy updates and drive process improvements across teams.
• Mentor new Quality & Policy Experts on tools and best practices.
• Develop process documentation and provide feedback on audit tools.
