Job summary

CMS Distribution is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Support & Inventory Assistant to help manage administrative tasks within the purchasing process and maintain inventory levels. The role involves processing POs in SAP, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting master data and pricing activities.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely PO fulfilment, monitoring stock availability, and processing stock transfers between CMS plants.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders to vendors using SAP ERP in compliance with internal sign-off processes and vendor requirements.
Communicate with vendors to ensure swift and accurate fulfilment of the PO.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure pricing and stock availability alignment.
Ensure incoterms are compliant with company and vendor requirements.
Support maintenance of accurate master data and pricing.
Respond to queries on the shared inbox within agreed timelines.
Process stock transfers between CMS plants and liaise with relevant warehouses.
